If your ZOOK™ product breaks within the warranty period, please send it to us, and we will send you a free replacement.
To claim a warranty, get in touch with us using our Support area and we will get back to you within 3 business days. You will be required to provide your order ID and mail us the original product.

We do our best to keep everything on ZOOK™ in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse near Grand Rapids, Michigan. We guarantee your products will ship the same business day if you place your order before 3PM ET. You can choose from several shipping options at checkout, including next day and express options. We have chosen to keep our product prices low and have you pay the actual shipping cost rather that raise prices and offer free shipping.
